Opening a link no longer pulls Switchman to the front, even when the Settings window is open — routing now stays quiet in every case.
- With Settings open, clicking a link used to switch you back to Switchman's Settings window. Links now open silently, exactly as they do when Settings is closed.
- While Settings is open, Switchman no longer shows a Dock icon. The menu bar icon is still there, and Settings itself works the same.
Safety warnings and basic routing remain free. Requires macOS 13 or later.

现在即使设置窗口开着，点链接也不会再把 Switchman 抢到前台——路由在任何情况下都保持安静。
- 之前设置窗口打开时点链接会被切回 Switchman 的设置窗口；现在链接照常静默打开，和设置关闭时完全一致。
- 设置窗口打开期间不再显示 Dock 图标；菜单栏图标仍在，设置功能本身不变。
