The ring is one dial now. It used to be a circle of separate white discs with empty page between them; it is a single disc cut into a slice per browser, with the link on glass at the centre.

• A dial, not a necklace. Each browser owns a whole slice — the slice is what lights up, and the whole of it is clickable, not just the icon in the middle of it.
• Real glass. The dial is one piece of Liquid Glass on macOS 26, a frosted blur before that, so it belongs to the page it appeared over instead of sitting on top of it.
• The link is easier to read. The centre is larger, carries the site's own icon, and shortens the path to its first step — nobody picks a browser by reading the query string.
• No more ALL slice. The dial shows browsers and nothing else. Click the link in the middle to see every application; the count underneath says how many more there are. 0 still works.
• Hovering and clicking now ask the same question, so the dial can no longer highlight one browser and open another.
