Switchman 1.6.2

Links from Mail that used to be dropped now open correctly, the picker no longer closes by itself a second after it appears, and local HTML files can be opened with the browser of your choice.

• Document links Mail delivers as x-webdoc:// now expand correctly even when the hostname sits directly in the URL, not just in the UUID form.
• The picker stays open until you decide — when Mail reclaims focus after handing over a link, it is no longer mistaken for a cancel, so the picker no longer flashes and disappears.
• Clicking a local .html file now asks which browser should open it, like any other link.
• Overall link-opening stability improvements; explicit cancel (Esc, click outside, Cmd-Tab) still works as before.

Safety warnings and basic routing remain free. Requires macOS 13 or later.
