Switchman 1.6.6

Two things that had been wrong for a while, and a ring that is easier to read.

• The ring picker could open with nothing listening for the mouse: it appeared, and clicking a browser did nothing. It took hours of uptime and a second link arriving at the wrong moment, which is why it was hard to pin down. Fixed.
• Last synced now tells you when your settings last actually moved between Macs. It used to reset every time you opened the window, so it always said "just now" and never told you anything. When both Macs already agree, it says Up to date.
• The ring reads better: every browser shows its shortcut number — a Profile or Space entry used to hide its own digit behind the profile initial — the icons sit centred in their lamps rather than pushed to a corner, and the stage no longer covers the page underneath it.
