Switchman 1.7.4
Rules do what the editor says, and the settings read like sentences again.
- “This section and below” keeps a rule to that section. Choosing it saved a rule for the whole site, so docs.google.com/document/ also caught every other page on docs.google.com. It now covers that path and everything under it, and nothing beside it.
- Safari Technology Preview opens its own private windows. Picking its private window opened one in regular Safari instead. Permission prompts and notices now name the browser you actually chose.
- The rule editor shows the whole destination. A profile could shrink to an icon and a single letter, and the sentence describing the rule was cut off mid-word; both now have room. The subdomain examples no longer repeat the site’s own name, and the subdomain box is cleared when a section or single-page rule cannot use it.
- Counts read correctly — “1 platform”, “1 point is working for you” — and Arc’s list says Spaces rather than profiles.
